At Chrono Elegance, every product is carefully crafted and selected. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, our simple return policy is here to help.
1. Your Rights
We comply fully with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items: You may return these within 28 days for a full refund. After 28 days and up to 2 months, we will offer a repair, replacement.
Change of mind: You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to request a return. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Hygiene-sensitive items where the packaging has been opened
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
All accessories, certificates, manuals, and tags must be included.
We cannot accept returns of:
Personalised or engraved products.
Gift cards.
3.How to Start a Return
Once received, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund or exchange.
Email us at return@chronoelegance.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Package your item securely and send it back.
4. Shipping Costs
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure safe return.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, → Return shipping is free.
If you change your mind → You will be responsible for return postage costs.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Store credit may be offered upon request.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
